What types of requirements are needed to underwrite my client and who orders them?

All requirements are ordered by the carriers.  This can include medical records, a telephone interview or a face to face interview.  Some carriers may order a medical exam if the client has not seen a physician in the last 18 months.  Please see the LTC Underwriting Guide Section of The Producers Group website for full underwriting requirements.
