The Producers Group’s - “Controlled Submission^SM Process”

• Agent submits Trial Application and HIPAA (pdf).
• The Producers Group’s Case Manager and/or Sales Director contacts the agent to determine the case’s goals.
• APS requirements are determined and are either provided by the agent or ordered by The Producers Group.
• Once APS’s are received, the file is sent to our Underwriting Risk Assessment Team for assessment and “Review Letter”.
• The assessment and “Review Letter” are reviewed by the Case Manager. If they meet the goals of the case, preliminary pricing is done to determine the best carrier(s) and the case is submitted.
• If the assessment is not favorable, the case is discussed with the agent and Sales Director to determine if the case will move forward. If so, preliminary pricing is done to determine the best carrier(s) and case is submitted.
• Tentative offers from carriers are relayed to the agent, as received, with “Subject to” requirements.
• Upon receipt of final offer(s), the agent is contacted, pricing is reviewed and the case moves forward on a formal basis.
